The goal of the event is to:

  • Connect STEM professionals from across Minnesota to network and learn from one another;
  • Inspire attendees to expand their definition of what it means to lead; and
  • Provide resources and best practices to equip attendees with opportunities to lead within their organizations and within the larger community.

The event will also showcase the work of several Minnesota organizations providing resources and opportunities for immigrant professionals to take on leadership roles such as serving on boards, consulting with non-profit groups, etc.
